01Who we are and what these Terms cover
The website at anyray.ai, together with docs.anyray.ai and trust.anyray.ai (together, the "Site"), is owned and operated by Othentic Labs Ltd, a private company registered in Israel under company number 516743945, with its registered office at 2 Kaplan Street, Tel Aviv–Yafo 6473403, Israel ("Anyray", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site.
Some parts of the Site carry additional terms — for example, the confidentiality terms you accept before downloading materials from the Trust Center. Those additional terms are incorporated into these Terms by reference and control if they conflict with these Terms for that part of the Site.
02Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using the Site, or by clicking "I agree" (or a similar button or checkbox) where one is presented, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm that you have the authority to do so. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.
03Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site. The Site is intended for business and professional use.
04What the Site is — and is not
The Site is an informational website about Anyray and its products. It describes the product, hosts the product documentation, and lets you request a demo, estimate savings, apply for open roles, and access security and compliance materials.
The Site does not itself provide the Anyray software or any paid service. The Anyray software, the Anyray Portal at app.anyray.ai, and any trial or subscription are governed by a separate agreement between Anyray and your organization, not by these Terms. Source code published in Anyray's GitHub repositories is governed by the license that accompanies each repository.
05License and restrictions
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your own internal business purposes, including viewing or printing pages and using code samples from the documentation to integrate with Anyray.
You may not: (i) license, sell, rent, lease, transfer, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit the Site or its content; (ii) modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Site, except to the extent applicable law permits; or (iii) copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute any part of the Site except as these Terms permit. You must keep all copyright and proprietary notices intact on any copies you are permitted to make.
06Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems;
- interfere with or disrupt the Site, including via denial-of-service attacks or malware;
- scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Site, except for crawling and indexing that our robots.txt and llms.txt expressly allow; or
- submit false information or another person's details without authorization.
Security research. Good-faith security research conducted under our Vulnerability Disclosure Policy is authorized and is not a breach of these Terms.
07Intellectual property
The Site and all of its content — including text, graphics, logos, designs, documentation, and software — are owned by Anyray or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you, except for the limited license in Section 05. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
"Anyray", the Anyray logo, and other Anyray marks are trademarks of Othentic Labs Ltd. Other names and logos on the Site belong to their respective owners. You may not use any of them without the owner's prior written permission.
08Feedback
If you send us feedback or suggestions about the Site or our products, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that feedback for any purpose, without attribution or compensation. Please do not send feedback that you consider confidential or proprietary.
09Information you submit
When you request a demo, join a mailing list, apply for a role, or request access to Trust Center materials, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to submit only information you are entitled to share. We handle what you submit as described in our Privacy Policy. Submitting a request does not oblige us to respond, grant access, or enter into any agreement.
10Product information and estimates
Information on the Site about our products — including benchmarks, savings figures, the LLM cost calculator, and roadmap statements — is provided for general information only. Figures are estimates or typical results, not guarantees; your results depend on your workload. Features may be described before they ship and may change without notice. Nothing on the Site forms part of any agreement for the Anyray software unless that agreement expressly says so.
11Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect on the Site and how we use it, and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If these Terms and the Privacy Policy conflict on how we handle personal data, the Privacy Policy controls. The Site uses cookieless analytics and sets no advertising or tracking cookies; see our Cookie Notice.
12Third-party services
The Site may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services, such as GitHub, Slack, and web-font providers. We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for them. Your use of them is at your own risk and is subject to the third party's own terms and privacy practices.
13Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anyray and its suppliers disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful code.
14Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) Anyray and its directors, employees, agents, and suppliers will not be liable for any lost profits, lost data, costs of substitute products or services, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of (or inability to use) the Site; and (b) our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of these Terms or the Site will not exceed ILS 500 or the amount you paid us to use the Site (if any), whichever is greater. Multiple claims do not increase this cap.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
15Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Anyray and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (i) your use of the Site in breach of these Terms, (ii) your violation of any applicable law, or (iii) your infringement of a third party's rights. We may assume control of the defense of any such claim at your expense, and you agree to cooperate with our defense and not to settle any claim without our prior written consent.
16Term and termination
These Terms apply while you use the Site. We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Site at any time, with or without notice, including if we believe you have breached these Terms. We are not liable to you for any such suspension or termination. Sections 05, 07, 08, and 10 through 19 survive termination.
17Changes to the Site and these Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we will post a prominent notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
18Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Site, are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The competent courts of Tel Aviv–Jaffa, Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute. Either party may nonetheless seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual-property rights.
19General
Export. You agree not to export, re-export, or transfer any technical data obtained from the Site in violation of applicable export-control and sanctions laws.
Electronic communications. By using the Site, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, by email or by notices posted on the Site. These satisfy any legal requirement that a communication be in writing.
Accessibility. We aim to make the Site accessible to everyone and endeavor to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. If you have difficulty using the Site, email hi@anyray.ai and we will try to help.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Notice, and any additional terms referenced in Section 01, are the entire agreement between you and Anyray about your use of the Site. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the rest of the Terms will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. "Including" means "including without limitation". You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them to an affiliate or successor.
