01Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using anyray.ai and its subpages (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and by our Privacy Policy. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
02What the Site is
The Site is an informational website about Anyray and its products, and it lets you join a waitlist or request beta access. It does not itself provide the Anyray product or any paid service. Access to the product, when available, will be governed by a separate agreement.
03Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site. The Site is intended for business and professional use.
04Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems;
- interfere with or disrupt the Site, including via denial-of-service attacks or malware;
- scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Site except as permitted by law;
- reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code, except to the extent permitted by applicable law; or
- submit false information or another person's details without authorization.
05Intellectual property
The Site and all of its content — including text, graphics, logos, the "Anyray" name and marks, designs, and software — are owned by Anyray or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to view the Site for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission, except for ordinary personal or internal business use such as viewing or printing a page.
06Waitlist and beta access
Joining the waitlist or requesting beta access does not guarantee that you will receive access, and any access may be offered, modified, suspended, or withdrawn at our discretion. Information about products on the Site is provided for general purposes, may describe features still in development, and may change without notice.
07Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk.
08Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
09Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anyray and its directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Site. To the extent we are found liable despite the above, our total aggregate liability will not exceed ILS 500 or the amount you paid us to use the Site (if any), whichever is greater.
10Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Anyray harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.
11Changes to the Site and these Terms
We may modify or discontinue the Site, in whole or in part, at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; when we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The competent courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.
